The Berwick campus is becoming fitter, stronger and faster as Monash Sport makes its presence felt on campus. Watch this space for all the latest news on how you can flex your muscles and be involved in sport and fitness on campus.

This is a low impact class focusing on toning the entire body. Participants may like to bring a mat or towel as they will not be provided.

Let's Get Physical: Monash Sport Opens New Gym on Campus

We are pleased to announce the grand opening of the much anitipated new campus gym. The gym offers Berwick students and staff a complete work-out with all the latest fitness equipment. There is no better time to work on your guns than now with gym membership currently free!

How do I join?

1. Fill in your Berwick Campus Fitness Centre Membership Application

2. Fill in your 2008 Fitness Centre Health Screen form

3. Attend a gym induction session conducted every Wednesday from 9am - 1pm and submit your membership and health screen forms.

4. Start working out!

Where can I find a copy of the forms?

1. Download a copy by clicking on the links above.

2. Pick up a hardcopy at the Student Service Centre in building 901.

Do I have to attend an induction session if I'm already a member at another Monash Sport gym?

No, you do not need to attend another induction session. The same membership and operating conditions apply to all Monash Sport fitness centres. As you're already a Monash Sport gym junkie, simply provide your name and staff or student ID to Monash Sport Officer, Raq Hassan. Raq will arrange swipe card access to the gym and you'll be working out in no time.

You Decide: Berwick Group Fitness & Sport Activity Survey

Are you aerobics mad? Prefer pilates? Dancing queen? Or do you want to go one-on-one in a game of tennis, soccer or touch footy. Monash Sport will be holding group fitness activities and games during Semester 2 and they want you to decide what you want on campus. Group fitness sessions and sports will be free in 2008 so make sure that you get online before Week 3 and have your say. Game on!
